My mature content filter is always on, so I hesitated to open this piece, but I was glad I did. You ask good questions, and have an interesting "other side" to each them. The strong language does provide a good shock factor to the piece, and it actually fits well although I personally would not use those terms.

You have an interesting ending to the piece. The first six stanzas flow nicely, then there is an abrupt ending that does not flow with the same cadence as the rest of the poem. Is is abrupt on purpose? It does give the whole poem a sense of finality though.
