Hello - let me comment on this. First of all I love this shot. It is in essence simple yet beautiful. The title didn't appeal as much as I would normally expect from a shot like this.

Composition wise there is little to comment. The combination of two leaves where the larger one is focused on is finely done and the contrast of the red against the paler hand too has its appeal. There is little comment I will make on the placement of the leaves although the larger leaf being more or less 'straight' with the other 'tilted' adds to the over all appeal.

What I like more is the raw nature of the pic. The fact that there seems to be little editing to even out the colors is quite amazing and attractive in its own sense. However with that comes the question whether the color of the hand should be so... well... colorful. Especially, I am a little confused in the center bottom of the pic - is that a skin deformation or camera result that makes the kin stand out oddly.

Over all a really nice shot.

P.S. "Caught red handed" as the title could have also sounded nice.
